What is your fee?
Please call me at 415.685.0488 to discuss my current fees. My fees are comparable to other licensed psychologists in the area.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance, and am therefore considered to be an “out of network provider” on most insurance plans. If you have a benefit for out-of-network reimbursement through your health insurance, I would be happy to create an insurance-ready bill for you to submit to your carrier for reimbursement.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes.
How do we begin?
It is very important to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable, and with whom you feel able to take on the investment of time, money, and effort required for lasting change. I usually begin with a brief phone consultation, followed by 1-3 in-person sessions to determine the fit. After that point, we will either begin meeting regularly (weekly or more than once per week), or I will work with you to locate a more fitting provider.
